Samuel Changu Jeon

Samuel Jeon is a Korean-speaking personal injury attorney serving Orange County and Los Angeles. His practice covers motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims throughout California.

Former insurance defense partner. Before representing injured people, Samuel spent eight years on the other side of these cases — most recently as a partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, a national insurance defense firm — hired by insurance carriers to defend the very claims he now brings. That work meant evaluating claims the way adjusters evaluate them, advising carriers on reserves, and building the arguments defense counsel uses at trial. He applies that experience to anticipate how a carrier will value a case and where it is likely to be undervalued.

Samuel handles matters in Korean and English for Korean-speaking clients across Orange County — Irvine, Buena Park, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Cerritos — and the greater Los Angeles area, including Koreatown. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, an M.B.A. from Concordia University Irvine, and a B.A. from UC Irvine.
