Roman Omid Reyhani

Roman Reyhani is a startup and digital media attorney, specializing in the intersection of entertainment and technology. He represents entrepreneurs, developers, Internet, mobile and social media companies, production companies, authors, above-the-line talent, and more.

Formerly, Roman worked for IAC / CityGrid Media where he provided legal advice for Citysearch, Urbanspoon and Insider Pages. Prior to this he worked in the entertainment industry representing and negotiating film, television, commercial talent, and new media deals. Additionally, as an entrepreneur, Roman formed a digital media consulting firm, providing digital strategy advice to various media companies and personalities, including record labels, production companies, celebrities, and publicists. He is an active member of the California startup scene and currently serves on boards of a number of Internet startups.

Born in Germany and raised in New Zealand, Roman is fluent in German and currently
