Evan Alexander Barr

Evan A. Barr is an Associate attorney handling elder abuse, wrongful death, and medical malpractice matters on behalf of Plaintiffs throughout California.

Evan is a Los Angeles native who believes in being a “Man for and with Others” – a philosophy instilled in him by his alma mater, Loyola High School. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he competed in the pole vault as a member of the school’s Division-1 Track and Field team. Evan then graduated magna cum laude from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE Two-Year Accelerated JD Program.

After law school, Evan was selected for the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship program where he spent three months working for a defense firm and a plaintiff’s firm. It was during this Fellowship that Evan became deeply passionate about representing and protecting victims of abuse and neglect. To that end, Evan joined the Blumberg Law Corporation as an Associate attorney where he focused his practice on representing victims of elder abuse as well as medical and legal malpractice.

Evan is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and all Texas State Courts. He was recognized as the second-highest scorer on the 2022 February Texas bar exam.
