I hired this firm in 2012, and my case was settled about a year later. I did get a decent amount of money that covered my medical bills, however had an awful, awful experience. When I brought my case to Tigran and his associates (David), I received A-Class Service. However, shortly after signing ever...ything, this law firm became a living nightmare to deal with. Getting a hold of anyone in the office and information on my case was always a struggle. It would often take leaving multiple phone calls and voice mails, before I had to track down someone to speak with and help me get updated information on my case. With the exception of one paralegal, Carlos, the associates at this firm are horrendous to work with. Despite the fact that I had gotten into a car accident and had medical bills to pay, this firm didn't seem to care very much and treated me like I was an idiot. They NEVER went out of their way to assist me and pretty much kept me in the dark and did not provide much legal advice at all. On more than one occasion I was mocked, and even told that because I fit a certain physical description and image, I "would be fine and get my money." The lawyer I worked with often discredited my concerns because my injuries were not severe enough and I wasn't willing to get surgery or injections to "prove" how bad my injuries could've been. Overall, I think the professionalism within this firm is beyond poor. I would suggest you really search around and do your homework so you avoid working with or getting stuck with these skeezballs. They will cause more struggle, stress and aggravation than they are worth. Hope this helps save some of your time!
