Yuval Mordechai Rogson

Yuval M. Rogson is the founder of The Rogson Firm. Mr. Rogson is an accomplished lawyer who has represented Fortune 500 companies, nationwide banks, well-known privately held businesses, professionals, and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions.

Upon graduating from UCLA law school in 2004, Mr. Rogson worked at prestigious national law firms where he honed his craft on complex high-profile cases, including legal disputes related to corporate governance, shareholder rights, partnership dissolutions, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, trademark licensing, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and various other subject matter.

In 2011, Mr. Rogson founded The Rogson Firm where he continues to successfully represent his clients, which have included a national bank, a well-known brewery, a well-known surf attire company, founders, famous chefs, partners, consumers, and other individuals and organizations in need of litigation or transactional counsel.

Many of the cases in which Mr. Rogson has provided legal counsel have been high profile and often featured in prominent newspapers. These cases have included, among other cases, In re Walt Disney Co. Derivative Litigation, Roy E. Disney v. The Walt Disney Company, Shamrock Holdings v. Robert Iger, Sorbo v. Universal City Studios, and Body Glove International v. Mavericks Invitational.
