Biography
Vivian M. Lum currently heads the Century City office of McCarthy Law, PLC. At McCarthy Law, Ms. Lum represents individuals by negotiating large reductions of her client's debts, outside of bankruptcy. She helps clients regain control of their debt, by negotiating and settling debts such as high credit card balances, second mortgages, and judgments/liens for a fraction of what is owed. Ms. Lum provides her clients with peace of mind by stopping the annoying and harassing collection calls made to the clients by their creditors and helping her clients back on the path of financial security.
Prior to joining McCarthy Law, Ms. Lum was a partner at Robertson + Lum LLP and handled all aspects of civil trial and litigation matters.
She has been recognized by Super Lawyers, as a Rising Star in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
