Biography
As your attorney, I will vigorously represent your interests and spare no effort to achieve your objectives. I endeavor for each matter to be my client's partner in achieving the best possible result.
My practice focuses upon business formation and governance, business transactions, and contracts. As a business litigator I recognize the importance of a clearly drafted contract, one that sets forth and defines the rights and obligations of the parties.
I have served as Judge Pro-Tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court and provided pro-bono services to Bet-Tzedek and Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Additionally, I served on the Board of Directors of the John Wayne Cancer Institute and on the Board of Counselors of the USC School of Social Work. I also mentor recent admittees to the California State Bar.

Super responsive and helpful
I had specific inquiries and Stanley was helpful in confirming what my options were. He looked to go above and beyond. Most importantly, he was prompt in answers and was upfront with pricing. I would definitely use him again.

Kind and knowledgeable
Stanley took the time to research an issue for me and got back to me promptly on his findings. He confirmed that there was nothing that could be done, which is why I did not actually hire him. I really appreciate his time and effort and will look to him if/when I do need an attorney.
