Rares Michael Ghilezan

After responding to my landlord/tenant issue on Avvo, Michael Ghilezan took it one step further and posed more questions relating to my issue which I answered. I was most impressed that he then invited me to call or email him and gave me a choice of times when he was available. During our initial... conversation I was able to explain the full details of the dilemma we had with our tenants. I felt he heard and understood my situation in its totality and I did not feel rushed or pressed for time. Mr Ghilezan then offered to review my lease and any supporting documents at no cost. This would enable him to evaluate my case and let me know what my options were. After he had time to review all the information we had a lengthy conversation in which he outlined my options. At this point in time at his recommendation we are holding off on going the legal route. Should it be necessary I would not hesitate to engage Mr Ghilezan as my lawyer. He is a man of his word who goes the extra mile. It is most refreshing to find a lawyer of his caliber in todays society.
