Peter John Tucci

I am comfortable with Peter's competence and have no reason to question his integrity. My concern is Peter 's relationship with the firm he represents and, specifically, how it may handle my wealth when they control it, especially after my death. I have seen no evidence of adequate safeguards at Pros...kauer, from whence Peter came, or, currently, at McDermott to ensure that the wealth which McDermott controls remains protected. I strongly urge caution before assigning authority of your assets or estate. There have been legal disputes involving the firm's South Florida group, and anyone considering its wealth planning strategies should review the relevant court records, understand the allegations, and determine how the cases were resolved. Litigation alone does not establish misconduct, but it does warrant careful scrutiny before entrusting a firm with authority over family wealth.
