Michael P. Green

Michael is an experienced Trial Attorney with over 30 years of experience representing injured people exclusively. Over the course of his career, he has tried close to 100 cases to verdict and earned a reputation for tenacity and persistence. His track record of success has resulted in numerous favorable verdicts and settlements, and he is respected by peers, opposing counsel, and judges alike. Known for his persistence and ability to connect with juries, Michael is dedicated to ensuring that injured individuals receive the justice they deserve. His style is to be humble and cooperative, but when crossed, he has the ability to firmly and effectively correct those who stand against his clients.

Michael began his legal career providing services to Migrant Farm Workers in Ventura County, where he refined his Spanish-speaking skills to fluency in order to serve his clients more effectively. He then moved to Orange County, where he practiced personal injury litigation while enjoying the surfside lifestyle, and later continued his practice in Los Angeles County and the Beverly Hills area.

Michael’s path to law began after graduating from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Administration, with an Emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He first went to work for the Thrifty Corporation, where he discovered his passion for the law. Determined to pursue it, he attended law school at night while working full time during the day. This allowed him to graduate without student loans, giving him the freedom to pursue the type of practice he truly wanted.

Away from the courtroom, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, shopping, and exploring new foods. He is an accomplished home chef and is passionate about reading, fantasy football, and playing poker. He is also an accomplished boogie boarder.

Michael’s passion for representing the injured stems from his own experience of being bullied as a child. He considers it an honor, privilege, and calling to aid the wounded in their pursuit of justice and recognition.
