I do consumer Class Actions on behalf of people nationwide. Automotive defects are a special focus of mine. Generally they involved and undisclosed defect that the manufacturer was aware of at the time of purchase.
I also do a potpourri of other consumer class actions including privacy cases, false labeling cases, deceptive practices and so forth.
In addition, I do employment related cases that deal with wage and hour issues, and related issues such as background checks. I also evaluate individual claims for wrongful termination, discrimination and so forth. All of these claims are limited to California.
