Good Consultation

My exposure with Marc was only a phone conversation for preliminary advice. He was generous with his time and was helpful in trying to steer me in the right direction.

I was dealing with a very complicated situation, with people in multiple states, IP concerns, a sales opportunity, and a reluctantly uncooperative staff that I inherited due to credit extension. Marc Lieberman saved me!

Marc is an extremely knowledgeable attorney, and a very nice, ethical person as well. I had an excellent experience with him, and his staff. I had two LLCs that owned commmercial income property in other states, and during the crash all my tenants stopped paying their rent. The banks were going to fo...reclose on the properties, and I needed to get out of a lot of personal debt as well. He told me that I could declare Bankruptcy and own nothing. I didn't believe him at first, it sounded too good to be true, so I interviewed other BK attorneys in Los Angeles who were also highly rated. I wanted to verify what Marc was telling me about my situation, and those attorneys confirmed that he was correct, and also recommended him highly. He is well respected by his peers, which is very important. He does a very good job, and saved me a great deal of heartache. Brilliant and charming as well!
