Lara Petersen is a registered patent attorney and received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. At Chapman, Ms. Petersen served as a Student Ambassador, Associate Editor of the Nexus Journal of Law and Policy, and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Additionally, due to her academic achievement, Ms. Petersen is the six-time recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award®. Ms. Petersen received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in Physiology from The University of Arizona. The research and analytical skills she acquired during this time, while studying neural pathways related to decision making in the brain, better her ability to organize and articulate complex problems and arrive at meaningful solutions.
