Kaplan | Wanger LLP is a boutique family law practice with a mission to provide efficient quality legal services.
Janet Kaplan's practice is dedicated to providing family law services, including mediation and collaborative law, as well as traditional representation. In representing my clients, Janet's focus on all family law issues: marital dissolution actions, paternity actions, child custody and visitation issues, domestic violence matters, division of community property assets, child and spousal support, and prenuptial or post-nuptial agreements. As a former clinical social worker, Janet has particular expertise in complex child custody and visitation matters, including cases involving substance abuse, psychiatric issues, parental alienation, children with special needs, and other complex issues. She also has extensive experience dealing with complex financial and property issues.
