Eve H. Wagner

For over 25 years, Ms. Wagner has been engaged as a civil litigation trial attorney in federal and state courts, and ADR forums.  Ms. Wagner’s practice focuses on matters involving employment, entertainment, intellectual property, business and real estate litigation.  Ms. Wagner represents both plaintffs and defendants, and she has been invovled in a number of high profile cases.

Prior to forming her own firm, Ms. Wagner was an equity partner at Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Macthinger.  In 1997, Ms. Wagner formed Sauer & Wagner LLP.  In 2003, Ms. Wagner expanded her practice to include mediation and arbitration services. Over the past decade, Eve Wagner has mediated hundreds of cases involving a wide range of matters, ranging from simple to multi-party, complex matters.  Ms. Wagner offers both private mediation, as well as mediation services through the mediation panel of the U.S. District Court (Central District of Calif).
