THE BEST WORKING ATTORNEY IN THE WORLD

I FIRED TWO ATTORNEYS BEFORE I MET THIS ANGEL. HE ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY HUSBAND AND BELIEVED IN ME. THE MONEY I SPENT WAS WELL WORTH IT. MY HUSBAND WAS FACING 4 YEARS IN PRISON, LOSE HIS LICENSE FOR LIFE. WHEN DMITRY CAME ON BOARD HE DISCREDIT THE DA'S EVIDENCE HIRED A DETECTIVE TO TAKE PICTURE...S AND BUILD A VERY CREDIBLE CASE FOR MY HUSBAND. ULTIMATELY THE DA THRU IN THE TOWEL AND MADE A DEAL, HE GOT 6 MONTHS IN THE COUNTY.

My experience as their client

I have used their services for 1 month to defend myself against false criminal charges. David S. Kestenbaum handled my case. Before the case went for trial, he talked to District attorney with all the supporting documents I gave him regarding my case in my defense. The case was rejected by the DA's o...ffice. David was very helpful. He listened to me and went through the supporting documents that I gave to him. He also replied to the emails that I sent to him. I am thankful to him for the way he handled my case.

So me the Money 10% Business is Appeals

Well if you are looking for someone who cares about your case, you will not find it with Mr. Gorin. Calling late in the day to seek some legal advice, to feel him out to see if he is familiar with our Appellant Issue, he does not have anytime to talk and was very rude. Maybe having a bad day, who k...nows. However, don't answer the phone if you are not going to consult or attempt to connect with the possible client. However he did take his time talking about the $50,000 he charges for a Direct Appeal or Writ of Habeas Corpus, he had time to go over that aspect but didn't care to answer questions. Checking the record of this person and law firm, just like the rest, affirmed in full, plaques the majority of his appeals cases. Also to not he claims to be an appellant attorney, however most if not all of his reviews are not appeals cases. However I do notice the Criminal Defense, Federal Crime etc..... but he is listed as an appellant attorney but reviews and his profile reflect 10% appeals on AVVO, a really steep price to charge when your dedication is only a fraction of your business, which means your knowledge must not be worth the $50,000 retainer.
