TK Recommends Eisner Gorin

I was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon this was an extremely stressful time as I felt I would lose everything in my life. After reviewing law firms online, I called Eisner Gorin to schedule an appointment. I discussed the details of my arrest with Alan and Robert who were both were ...understanding of my situation. Being my first offense, Robert negotiated to have no charges filed, a reduction of the felony assault with a deadly weapon to a misdemeanor and dropped completely after diversion and 1-year incident free. I am grateful to Eisner Gorin for the quick resolution to my situation. The entire Eisner Gorin staff are caring and professional, I would highly recommend them if you require the best criminal defense in Southern California.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon case - Domestic Violence

I was scared because I had never been arrested and charged with a crime. I interviewed several attorney's and had actually selected a firm. But, a fellow attorney that I interviewed told me that Eisner Gorin LLP was the best criminal attorney firm in my area. She studied at UCLA and was taught by Dm...itry Gorin. I reached out to Dmitry and he walked me through the process and why hiring the best firm possible before going to court was important. Thank God I listened to him and secured him and the excellent team at Eisner Gorin LLP to represent me. They immediately sprung into action and started building my defense. I went to their office which was staffed with professionals. They greeted me and my wife and then captured our detailed statement. From that point on they worked with law enforcement and the district attorney to resolve the case. My case was rejected by the LA District and City Attorney offices. I did not even need to go to court. I can't express enough the gratitude I feel toward Eisner Gorin LLP and Dmitry Gorin who is in fact a Super Lawyer.

Petition of Dismissal

Dimitri Gorin and his office worked on a petition of dismissal for a case from nearly 20 years ago for me. It took some time because the case was so old, but the petition was granted. I am very thankful for their hard work in this matter.
