Very Professional Attorney

The best. I had a very difficult time in my life and was terrified I was going to lose everything . I found Eisner Gorin LLP. Gave them a call and immediately felt at ease. I had called a few other lawyers before who treated me like an idiot. These guys were so professional, kind, and encouraging. Ne...ver once did they say I made a mistake. With my consultation I felt I was talking to guys who would help me out. I felt like I could trust them. They were amazing and helped my case. They made me feel protected and had somebody on my side. That's all you really need. Someone who believes in you and will be there for you. I can't recommend these guys enough. Incredible work.

Dmitry Gorin is an Excellent Defense Attorney

I have never needed an attorney a day in my almost 50 year life. So when I was charged with a misdemeanor for something I didn't do, I quickly sought out a criminal defense attorney. Several of my friends and colleagues told me about Dmitry Gorin and so I reached out to him. He met with me and wen...t over everything regarding my case - he was very hands on and helpful every step of the way. While there were roadblocks, he explained the process and made me feel comfortable and handled. As I didn't have the financial or physical and emotional means to go through a trial, he helped work out a reasonable plea deal. No one should ever have to go through the nightmare of having criminal charges brought against them but in my case, finding the right attorney like Mr. Gorin, made it all the easier. After having previously said, "what should i do, I don't even have an attorney?!", I can now say if anything happens to me in the future, "I've got the best attorney, get Mr. Gorin on the phone!". The “Best” of the Best Lawyers!

Four days before the inauguration of the newly elected US president, January 12, 2017, my husband Marlon Velonza and I were reported in a suspected trafficking case. With the false accusations, the supposed to be a victim had since applied for a T-Visa, which allows for victims of trafficking to stay... in the U.S. for a period before repatriating or applying for permanent residency. We knew the accusations filled with lies and fabrications. Furthermore, we believed the accuser would use it for personal interest. For the sake of our family's reputation, we decided to visit the law office of Eisner Gorin LLP. After a free legal consultation with Atty. Dmitry Gorin, we hired him to represent and defend us from the ungrateful accuser's allegations.Our lawyer, Dmitry, passionately listened to our concern about the false allegations and he confidently intervened to pre-filing of the case. For this reasons, the investigation against us had been closed, and the District Attorney's Office rejected the case for filing.Marlon and I are thankful and delighted with Dmitry's expertise to handle the trafficking case professionally. Case DISMISSED!

Highly Highly Recommend A few months ago, I was involved in a MINOR accident on the freeway with another vehicle. It all started when an suv cut me off while I was in the carpool lane and hit my right front bumper. Both the passenger and I were completely unaware that we've been hit until we got ho...me and found a dent in the right bumper. The owner of the suv did pull over and reported the accident with our vehicles license plate. Unfortunately, I did leave the scene but again, I was completely unaware that we were hit. The CHP officer involved, whom I've never met, took my statement over the phone but did not take a statement from my passenger. Both insurance carriers and the CHP officer ruled the suv was 100% at fault and 0% not my fault. I have a clean driving record with no moving violation for over 20 years so leaving the scene of an accident was not intentional. Yet, the officer insisted to charge me with a hit and run offense. Frustrated with the whole ordeal, I showed in court and was advised by the DA to plead guilty and serve 16 hours of community service and was told the judge may or may not clear my record for leaving the scene of an accident. Luckily I was introduced to Dmitry Gorin by a relative in the industry. During my first meeting with Mr. Gorin and his associate, Meryl Chambers, I explained the situation. On the 2nd meeting, I met with Mr. Gorin and Robert Hill. They explained certain steps to dismiss the case and within weeks, they took care of all the court appearances, paperwork, and got my case DISMISSED! If we ever get into any legal issues again, regardless how minor, we will definitely contact EISNER GORIN. Thank you everyone at EISNER GORIN for clearing my case and keeping my record clean!!!
