Excellent Attorney

Mr. Gorin represented me in my criminal case, and was very effective. He's well respected in all the courts, as well as the judges and court staff. He takes his time in listening to your side of the facts,, and keeping you well informed. You want someone who will fight your case and really knows the ...law from both sides... Choose this attorney, if you really want someone who will be on your side!

Saved my life from going down the hill...

Dmitry dropped two felony counts before the case went to trial , i was facing deportation and if it wasnt for Dmitry i would not be here typing this... Dmitry treated me with respect and honesty, he is not one of those lawyers that would tell you one thing and do another, Dmitriy likes to expect the... worst because he is always prepared for it... He is a fast thinker , very polite and has great communication skills . Dmitry Gorin has been a Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at UCLA for the past 7 years or so.. He was a Senior Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles Courts for more than ten years. As a criminal trial prosecutor, Mr. Gorin specialized in complex trial work including gang murder trials, sex crimes, major narcotics cases, and white collar crimes. He received numerous awards for successful trial work from the Association of District Attorneys and the U.S. Postal Inspector. I did all the research before hiring this lawyer and he has a very solid background . I defenetly reccomend this lawyer to anyone that is in need .

Got two felony counts dropped without going to trial

Dmitry Gorin got two felony counts taken off without a trial and saved my family and I from a lot of expense and pain. Mr. Gorin is the best criminal defense attorney out there! His experience of being a Sr. District attorney for 12 years and a professor at our top universities shined during my repr...esentation. I have four kids and have always been a law abiding citizen with absolutely no prior. My minor was involved in a situation at a sports game with an adult whilst another adult jumped in to attack my minor. My only role was to pull the adult off to protect my minor. The other party had a lot of contacts in the police department and while we continued with our lives, two months later we were arrested. My minor and I were charged with 2 felony counts each. How can two people commit the same exact crime? It was very scary since I have absolutely no prior. My child is a 4.0 student heavily involved in school. The arresting officers thermselves were shocked when they came to arrest us. The counts didn't even make sense to them and they said, “wow, there is something fishy in this report.... We were not expecting to arrest someone like you two with these kind of charges.... I hope you have a good attorney." While I was waiting for my bail to come through my spouse hired an attorney. The first had no compassion, bad behavior and looked like a criminal himself. I knew I would just be a number to him so i told him to go home and we lost the money. By the evening the second one showed up and was sensitive, but not very energetic nor knowledgeable and against my better judgement i used him since my spouse had made a payment to him as well. Spouse was in a panick mode. This guy did the bare minimal. I could have done it myself. I knew something was seriously wrong and this should not be taken lightly. Therefore, as soon as i got home I asked a group of our higher caliber friends that worked in the law field for a list of the top criminal attorneys in the valley that they personally knew. Three out of the five had Mr. Gorin’s name on their list whilst one had his associates name. At this point my work was done. There was no need to look any further. I made an appointment directly with Dmitry Gorin. There was such a difference in the judge’s attitude towards me when I stood next to Mr. Gorin when i went for my arraignment. I knew then I was going to be okay because I was being represented by a well reputable and respected attorney. I also know now that if I had hired Mr. Gorin to begin with I wouldn’t have had to spend a night in jail nor have such a high bail. Dmitry Gorin was always well informed, knowledgeable, very sharp and confident in the court room, but very calm and sympathetic with me which in turn kept me calm at all times. He was so tactful that as soon as he got to question the “so called victim” he managed to get all the lies out. After that it was just a domino effect where he proved that this was an unjust action upon me. He proved that the the D.A. and the detective hadn't done any homework on this case nor did they bother to even question me, my child or anybody on our side. We were just another case. Both felony counts were dropped against me without a trial. During the whole time Mr. Gorin and his office were very patient, understanding, and compassionate towards my family and I. We were looked after very well. I got prompt responses. I was kept well informed, and I never felt like I was just another case or number. Thanks Dmitry

THE ONLY BEST ONE

He is very well-educated and highly experienced on both sides (defense and prosecution). So, when you hire Dmitry, he will give you a realistic picture of what you are looking at – and it may be your worst nightmare… BUT – this man will stand by your side and fight for you to the end in order for yo...u to get the best possible outcome that is available for your situation! He has a follow-through that not many attorneys possess. He will give his 110% in fight for your dear freedom, will not leave you handing and will not drop you in the process. In your defense (aka fight for your rights), you need the absolute best on your side. GET HIM AND GET HIM EARLY!!!

Compassion & Knowledge

At 27, my son made some bad decisions a year ago and began selling drugs. This culminated in his arrest. After reading the California statute I realized that he was facing 5+ years in prison. So I began searching for the best criminal defense attorney on the internet. After interviewing 5 attorne...ys in their offices with my son, we chose Dimitry Gorin. I realized almost immediately that he was the best attorney for my sons defense not only because of his knowledge of the law, but also due to his nurturing attitude. We took Dimitry's advice and my son started attending Narcotics Anonymous, applied for college classes and moved back into my home. The fix was almost immediate and my son realized the carelessness of his pursuits. Dimitry was able to bring this family catastrophe to a swift conclusion in two court sessions. My son pled guilty to 4 felony charges, received a 3 year probation and 300 hours of community service. This just would not have been possible without Dimitry's council. If you are in a similar situation remember that second chances are possible with the right attorney. My son is now starting his new life.
