Different laws for different states! Assault with a deadly weapon DISMISSED!

My husband and I are originally from Florida and had only been living in California for 2 years. With that being said, we found out that the law for guarding your home and property is totally different than what we are accustomed to. To make a long story short, we purchased a vehicle and had been sca...mmed! Less than a week later, in the wee hours of the morning, 3 men pulled up in our drive way in an unmarked truck while we were in bed with our new born baby and 7 year old son. My two younger sisters were downstairs and seen the men jumping out of the truck and into our drive way! Scared and in a panic, my husband and I ran outside with a knife to keep these 3 unknown men from trying to come into our home. When we approached them, IN OUR DRIVEWAY, they appeared to be stealing our brand new vehicle! One of the men pushed and assaulted me while my husband tried to yell out for someone to call the police. (In Florida, if someone is anywhere on your property you are allowed to defend yourself as well as your property!) When the police finally arrived, my husband was the one who was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon!!! Because the men were in the driveway and not in our home, although the officers understood us protecting our home, they had to take him in. We posted bail and thank GOD we seen an ad and had a consultation with Dmitry's law group immediately! Dmitry and his team were able to get all charges dropped even when other attorneys told us they could probably get the charges down to a lesser offense. Who wants to deal with being tangled in the court system with an expanding family and especially when we were the ones scammed and just trying to protect our home?! Dmitry and his group kept us in the loop every step of the way and was honest with the possibilities of the outcome throughout the whole ordeal. He knew what steps to take and what things needed to be submitted before we even went to the first hearing. I think that part was extremely important and helped get us the best possible outcome for our situation. I speak for my entire family when I say that I ABSOLUTELY recommend Dmitry and his law group! He is worth every cent and I thank God that we had him fighting for us!! He is definitely a 5 star attorney!!

Highly Recommend

Hands down the best layer money can buy!!

Dmitry gorin has got to be one of the best, if not the best criminal defense lawyer! Very knowledgeable and confident in court that knows exactly what he is doing. My brother was arrested a couple of months back for kidnap/rape, the da prosecutor was trying to give him a life sentence. After months o...f dmitry gathering up evidence and building a strong case to beat my brother's case he got my brother out of jail with no felony over his head after just needing to take a couple of sex Ed classes! Very confident and experienced lawyer that will tear an arm and a leg going up against the da prosecutor to beat your case! Highly recommend Dmitry gorin, next time, if ever needed I'll definitely be hiring him without a doubt.

Highly Recommend Dmitry Gorin

I was charged with a felony DUI with bodily injury and facing time in jail. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DMITRY

I was charged with a felony DUI with great bodily injuries, and was facing state prison time. To say this was a trying time for me and my family would be an understatement. I was completely unsettled by the whole process and the possible consequences of prison time. It was extremely stressful for me ...and my family.
