Great Experience

Hes a good lawyer he did help me a lot and i was supposed to do 5 years i just did 4 days having really bad priors from years ago. I actually do recommend this lawyer.

Dmitry Gorin

I would highly recommend Mr. Gorin. Hiring Dmitry to represent me was the smartest thing I could have done to began helping my case. He has thus far prevented any charges being brought against me. He brings to your table a wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal system as well as the staff an...d partners from his law firm who have been more than happy to answer my questions and concerns. Dmitry walked me through the whole legal process and set everything up for me the first day I went to his office. He was up front and honest with me and answered all my questions. He has always returned my calls and has done every thing he said he would do for me. Hiring Dmitry was the best move I could have made.

Look No Farther

The felony case against my son had zero merit, but that was no comfort. He was looking at seven years in state prison if his day in court went badly. Even with the best attorney, there are no guarantees. So who do you want at such a time? There are many smart lawyers out there who know the law. ...But, perhaps, more important is knowledge of the courts where the case must be made: the judges, the DA staff, the culture, the processes. I spoke to four or five attorneys before getting to Eisner & Gorin. Martindale-Hubbell put them in the top 5%. I spoke to Alan on the phone and Dmitry in the office and learned that they work as a team. You get them both. They were realistic about the possibilities, should we end up at trial. They analyzed the case for and against my son, so we could understand the risks. It was clear why they were in the top 5%. Early on, when both were too busy to see us during the normal work week, they carved out time on a Sunday. Dmitry presented the entire case, with witnesses, at the preliminary hearing. The district attorney’s office steadfastly refused to consider a deal, in spite of the evidence. All indications were that we were headed to trial. But finally, before that happened, the assigned trial judge reviewed the evidence presented months earlier. That hard work early on paid off. The judge essentially threw the case out. If you want experts in the people and processes of the Los Angeles criminal court system - the best representation - look no farther.

Run and dont walk to hire Mr. Gorin! He is amazing! Peace of Mind

It took me a while to write this review. Sorry!! I hired Mr. Gorin when I recieved a call from detectives after I was kidnapped that I was going to be arrested for fraud. I was terrified as my case was all over news. I looked around and was blessed to find Mr. Gorin. From the first time I met Mr. Gor...in he assured me that everything was going to be ok and that he would make sure he would do everything to help me. He went to court with me several times and it seemed like everybody knew him including prosecutors. Every time I mentioned his name people seemed to back off and stopped harassing me. I was facing over 10 years for falsely accusing me of fraud and Mr Gorin saved my Life!!! During long process Mr. Gorin ALWAYS returned my calls or emails and was very helpful and reassuring during the worst part of my life! Thank You Mr. Gorin I hope I never need you again but If I ever do I know the lawyer to call is you and your firm.! God Bless you!

This attorney is the real deal! Honest and hard working...with a brillant understanding of the law. He saved my son.

Mr. Gorin is a wonderful human being and an excellent attorney. I would give him a 10 star review if it was allowed. My husband and I worked with Dmitry and his firm for a year preparing to defend my 27 year old son from a felony assault charge. The District Attorney wanted to put my son in prison fo...r 2 years. This so called assault occurred in a hospital setting, and the witnesses and the victim were protected by HIPPA and other privacy laws. My son was innocent, but the evidence was extremely hard to obtain. Mr. Gorin's amazing understanding of our legal system was necessary to fight this case. We spent an entire year gathering permission to interview witnesses, putting together the actual events of this case and fighting to save my son. During this year, and dozens of conversations, emails and phone calls, Dmitry always was quick to respond to my questions and return my calls or emails. He was so on top of this case that I felt that I had a real partner in the fight to prove my son's innocence.I ALWAYS felt that I was in excellent hands when Dmitry put his mind to our case. His past experience as a prosecuter, prior to becoming a private defense attorney, was also very helpful in his understanding of how "The other side" thinks." Watching as Mr. Gorin appeared before the judge and questioned witnesses was like watching a a very talented athlete run very successful plays on a court or field.He is a winner...and a definite MVP.
