Insurance fraud charges dismissed

I was facing multiple fraud charges involving a disability insurance policy and the benefits I received. I was accused by the insurance company of lying and receiving benefits I was not entitled. Great job on my felony DUI case

I was arrested for a felony DUI and had a $100,000 bail. I found Eisner Gorin online and called their office. I was a very happy at the end of my case. The felony was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time. I liked Dmitry’s effort in keeping me updated at every stage of my case. They did a great... job.

Case Dismissed - Great Attorney
