Claire Eunkyung Shin

Claire E. Shin specializes in business bankruptcy and insolvency law and commercial law. She practices in all aspects of business bankruptcy and reorganization, and regularly represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, committees and other parties in interest in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and out-of-court workouts. She is also experienced in merger and acquisition and financing transactions involving distressed assets.

In addition to her bankruptcy and business law practice, Claire draws upon the expertise of the firm's lawyers in virtually all areas of law, and frequently represents and advises Asian companies doing business in the United States. Claire is fluent in Korean and Japanese and conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
