Chloe Banker

Chloe is licensed to practice law in California.

Chloe graduated with honors from Duke University in 2018. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Classical Civilizations. Chloe conducted extensive research in the psychology field and is a published author on the topic of humility. While attending Duke, she wrote for the Duke Undergraduate Law Review, volunteered with the Duke Law Innocence Project, and studied Voice.

Chloe attended law school at the University of Southern California. There, she participated in Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court and the acclaimed Mediation Clinic. Chloe also interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, working in the major crimes department.

Chloe began as a law clerk in the employment law sphere in January 2021. She is passionate about advocating for civil rights and the rights of employees.

When not practicing law, Chloe enjoys spending time with her dog and cat, crafting, reading, and traveling.
