Chet Bhavsar is an experienced and effective personal injury and wrongful death lawyer who focuses his practice on helping victims and their families in the Los Angeles community and greater Southern California area.
Mr. Bhavsar is a 1994 graduate of Southwestern Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Bhavsar attended the University of Southern California where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1990.
Mr. Bhavsar was a founding partner in the Pasadena law firm of McNally & Bhavsar, representing injured clients and their families in automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, product liability accidents, catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters from 1996-2006. In 2007 he joined the law firm of Russakow, Ryan and Johnson to manager their personal injury division. In 2011 he established the Law Office of Chet R. Bhavsar to provide more focused and personalized legal services for his clients.
Mr. Bhavsar's extensive litigation experience consist of numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations, through which he has been able to protect the rights of his clients, level the playing field with the vast resources of insurance companies and recover millions of dollars for his clients.
