Candice E. Kim is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Trademarks and Global Brand Management Practice Group. Candice provides strategic counseling on the clearance, procurement, maintenance, enforcement, licensing, and monetization of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, trade dress, domain names, copyrights, and rights of publicity.

Candice represents clients in various trademark disputes and in all aspects of ex parte, opposition, and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also advises clients on the acquisition and protection of domain names and has represented clients in proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy before the National Arbitration Forum and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
