I represent companies in financial difficulty, assisting them in devising the appropriate strategy to address their issues, ranging from out of court workouts, assignments for benefit of creditors, liquidations and chapter 11 reorganizations. I also represent lenders, creditors committees, and vendors who have sold goods or services to distressed debtors.

I represent many businesses in connection with their general financial issues, including financings, debt and equity offerings and M&A activity. Many of my clients who I assist here have stayed with me after having helpd them restructure.

I have handled a variety of litigation cases related to distressed matters, including preference actions, fraudulent transfers, director and officer liability, breach of fiduicary duty, alter ego, and related type cases that arise out of financially distressed transactions.

I do not handle personal consumer bankruptcy cases. I do however assist businesses if they need to liquidate, or individuals who have business debts (e.g guaranteed a company's obligation.)
