Brad has helped high-risk merchants recover tens of millions in reserves from acquiring banks, and tens of millions more from bogus processors offering fraudulent payment solutions that depend on illegal factoring and aggregating schemes.

Brad also helps merchants ensure compliance with card brand rules, including negative option and free trial continuity, convenience and surcharge rules; effectuate their removal from MATCH/TMF; and vet payment solutions, including staged digital wallets and virtual currency products.

Brad drafts, revises, reviews, interprets and helps to enforce merchant and service provider agreements for acquirers, PFs, ISOs, and referral agents, ensuring full compliance with the rules and building in maximum protection for his clients with a trained eye toward issues such as reserves handling, security interests, residual rights and portfolio portability.

Brad routinely evaluates and deals with Money Transmitter, Prepaid Access and other Money Services Business issues under the BSA and state law schemes.
