As a litigation partner I am responsible for the overall strategy involving the defense and prosecution of civil and commercial lawsuits. I participate in discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, administrative hearings, trials and appeals. However, much of my practice is devoted to avoidance of litigation and advising clients in terms of contracts, negotiations and resolution of disputes.
