Roger Brian Goff

My practice currently focuses on the film industry. I primarily represent film producers, production companies and financiers in the financing, production and distribution of feature films. I also have a long history in the music recording industry, and I sometimes serve as a music supervisor for films I'm handling. The third leg of my entertainment practice is in the areas of digital media and entertainment technology.

I regularly represent both buyers and sellers in the sale of privately held companies. Many of the companies are in the entertainment and digital media industries, but over the years, I have managed transactions across a wide variety of industries.

As a part of my business and entertainment practice, I regularly advise clients on matters of corporate law. This involves the formation of many corporations and LLC's, as well as advice on shareholder rights and corporate governance issues.
