100% communication. With my busy schedule I was unable to attend my court resulting in my license being suspended. In my mind I would always say that I will take care of my ticket "tomorrow." Robert is very easy to talk to and helpful. I was in a mess. I was unable to attend my first court date or pay the fine; I had to move out of state. I had a couple traffic violations for speeding (large violations) and a misdemeanor weapons charge (for having a knife not allowed in LA in my tr...unk) as well. He went to court for me a few times. When I came back to LA a year or two later, I called him and told him my situation, he got the warrant lifted before I arrived back in LA. I had to pay a small fine of a few hundred that day, seriously, I was expecting to pay many thousands to the city of Glendale; in the end, the charge was dismissed after I didn't get in any trouble for a year. It was such a huge relief to have Robert taking care of things that I really didn't have any idea how to handle. I really couldn't have asked for a better result.
