**TO THE GENTLEMAN BELOW ME, YOU SOUND LIKE YOU NEVER HAD A LAWYER BEFORE. IVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME HAVING A LAWYER TOO** This is my 3rd case with Neil. Neil is my first lawyer ever. I had the same experience my first time with him too. I’ve found that lawyers need to be left alon...e when working. If they need anything they will let you know. In the meantime, lawyers are processing your paperwork. This process of paperwork takes time because they’re court paperwork (takes time), insurance paperwork (takes time) and many many forms to fill out and give to numerous companies for authorizations to get information about the incident. Lawyers wait until said companies get back to them and their doing their own back and forth with other companies while trying to keep everything timely. I just give Neil all of my info and sit back and wait 6 to 8 to sometimes 18 months until he tells me he has won my case. I check on him every 6 months with an email and get a quick reply with updated status. But for the most part Neil is like the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie Oven: JUST SET IT AND FORGET IT!! Lol Neil is a great lawyer. I hope this helps future clients understand him. Let the man work. He only contacts you to give important info $$$$$$

This attorney was recommended to me by a friends mother. I later found out she received payment for the referral. I thought Neil was wonderful in our initial meeting. My vehicle was totaled and I was unable to work because of it. I really needed his help. I went to the doctors he sent me to and was ...told he knew them and they would be great for my case. After a substantial amount of time, I tried contacting him to see what the status of my case was. After numerous attempts, he called and berated me. I felt hopeless and needed help. I waited another six months. I called again, his staff kept telling me he was away. He simply wouldn't call me back or even send me a letter explaining what was happening. I finally sought another attorney and fired Neil. In the end he still received a good amount of money from my settlement. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with his performance and attitude.
