Maura Kingseed Gierl

Maura Gierl is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. She represents clients in a broad range of general, entertainment and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience encompasses cases involving copyright and other intellectual property disuptes, constitutional law, employment law, tort law and complex federal statutory law. Maura has trial experience, which includes jury selection and examination of witnesses on direct and cross-examination at jury trials, as well as examination experience at evidentiary and administrative law hearings. She has appellate experience in both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal.
