Jonathan Radke is a member of Nelson Hardiman’s Litigation Group and concentrates his practice on complex litigation on behalf of health care providers. Mr. Radke has a broad range of experience representing health care providers in civil litigation and administrative law matters, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, managed care payment disputes, and health care fraud and abuse issues. He is also experienced in advising clients on regulatory issues including compliance with patient privacy rules, the Stark law, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and fee splitting prohibitions.
Mr. Radke has a passion for health care, having worked early in his career as an Emergency Medical Technician and focusing his graduate studies on law and public health. His health care background includes working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as well as medical-legal partnerships affiliated with Children’s Hospital of Atlanta and Los Angeles. As a litigator, Mr. Radke’s experience ranges from representing corporate clients in commercial and tort litigation to prosecuting criminal trials.
