Howard Scott Leviant

Mr. Leviant has handled appeals from inception to oral argument, appearing numerous times before various California Courts of Appeal. Mr. Leviant has also argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and he is admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Leviant has prepared briefs in 3 Petitions to the United States Supreme Court, twice as Counsel of Record.

Mr. Leviant has been actively involved in class action litigation from his time as a law clerk at Stanbury Fishelman, Inc., through to the present. Mr. Leviant has successfully certified class and obtained reported decisions affecting class actions at the appellate level.

Mr. Leviant has participated in several multi-week trials, examining key witnesses and party-opponents.

Mr. Leviant has represented businesses in business-to-business disputes concerning millions of dollars. Mr. Leviant has successfully handled appeals in commercial matters.
