Designs for buildings constructed prior to 12/1/1990 cannot be registered with the Copyright Office.Copyrights in designs in habitable structures...

Looks good to me. As long as the Topps disclaimer is used you are free to have a commercial website.

Only the name. Or the name in combination with other matter. But it must include the name because only the name is registered.
