Biography
LA DUI is a firm that focuses on criminal defense and DUI law in particular, which also provides services for certain civil matters. Our goal is to ensure that, whatever the legal obstacle, you are given competent advice on how to make important legal decisions affecting your liberty, and livelihood.
I have represented clients in court hearings, settlement negotiations, and jury trials. The advice I provide is based not only on what I have learned in the field, but on a thorough understanding of case law – it is my practice to read appellate decisions daily, and keep abreast of legal trends as they occur, because my work is my passion. My hope is that your decision regarding trial and settlement will be made only after you yourself have learned to make the correct choice among competing options that carry greater risks and costs, or that simply do not get you to your goal.
