Terry Levich Ross

Ms. Ross representing me several years ago and although she was boarder line pit bull, my case got worse as she has only one way of doing things. She suggested to me to do what was necessary to win and beg for forgiveness afterwards to my ex. Ms Ross is more about billing her clients and milking a c...ase rather than settling and trying to help her client move forward. I could never in good conscious recommend her to anyone I care about.

I retained Terry in my divorce, and how I feel about the case now (a few years past) is different than how I felt at the time (she did ok, nothing great). Looking back on that period of time with a calmer eye now that it's over, I see that Terry increased the negativity of my divorce on every level.... I wanted something peaceful, but slowly, bit by bit, the battle became increasingly bitter... and Terry had a lot to do with it. At every turn of events,, she upped the ante and encouraged my... dare I say hatred? Hatred seems about right, until the entire situation felt hysterical beyond all reason, and churned on endlessly. Nobody is perfect in a divorce, and of course everyone wants a fighter on their side... but with Terry it feels too pushed, too unhealthy and way unnecessary. Her presence on my case made my life at that time what I would call "maximum ugly". I recommend staying away from this lawyer at all costs (and by the way, there were a ton of those. Let's remember that ugly, drawn-out cases bring in a load of fees.)

If you want an aggressive lawyer who embraces pumping their clients for money and has no integrity, please hire Terry Ross. Ms. Ross unfortuntely is ruthless and mean. In the end, we used her associate who redirected the focus with integrity, sensitivity and we ended up with an amicable solution. ...Divorce is tough, if you hire Ms. Ross you can be sure she will try to kill the soul of your marriage and cost you money that could have went towards your kids college tuition.
