Keith W. Berglund

Keith Berglund, founder and principal of The Berglund Group, has practiced law since 1983, representing distinguished clients across commercial, entertainment, and international matters. Early in his career, he clerked on one of the world’s landmark bankruptcy cases and later developed a versatile legal and financial background, including roles with the Royal Danish Consulate and leading Wall Street firms. Mr. Berglund holds an MBA and JD (top 5%) from DePaul University, is admitted to the bar in four states, and consistently earns top peer and industry accolades. He has represented clients such as Universal Entertainment, Sony, high-net-worth individuals, global financial entities, and even Pope Saint John Paul II.
