I wouldn't recommend Ms Duncan if you have high conflict divorce. At the beginning of my case, she gave me wrong advice that cost me money and time with my kids including telling me to drop my kids off at their dad's who lives an hour and half away each way every weekend because the courts always wan...t you to try to have 50/50 custody. Now I dont have any parenting time on the weekends because the court got the impression that it is working for both parents and didn't want to change it. . She is very inexperienced in court and not prepared. I ended up losing major holidays to their dad's as well because she didn't speak up during temporary orders hearing. She pushes you to settle and does not know how to fight on your behalf. She charged me for every minute she was on the phone with me including reading my text messages and emails. Spend your money with another experienced lawyer
