Trygstad, Schwab,Trygstad Law Firm is probably the worst choice you could ever make when finding legal support w/ the fight against the most despicable LAUSD bullies / Gestapo. If I could give 'zero' stars I would !!! Rosemary Ward uses Trygstad offices as her support 'team' only to remain as an '...associate', funneling your monies into their coffers. Rosemary Ward quoted me a $10,000 fee quoted by Richard Schwab of Trygstad, Schwab, Trygstad for the 'Motion To Dismiss', saying, "I'll take this case to the Supreme Court. LAUSD has violated your Constitutional Rights". I responded, "Rosemary, the last 'Motion To Dismiss' was $5,000, why is this one $10,000? She responded very snarkily, "That's what it is." I met w/ Richard Schwab. He reviewed the case w/ me, stating there would be two hearings, the first would be the case for the motion and the second for the arguments. I paid Richard Schwab the the $10,000 at that meeting. He assured me that we, Rosemary Ward and Trygstad, Schwab, Trygstad had very good arguments to have this case thrown out. At the first hearing, Rosemary Ward made a very compelling argument and Judge Chalfant agreed and stayed the motion for the upcoming second hearing. Rosemary Ward and Richard Schwab were 'ecstatic'. What happened next was criminal !!! One and a half weeks later, I received a 'billing statement' from Lawrence Trygstad, the CEO of Trygstad, Schwab, Trygstad demanding an additional $20,000 for the second hearing. I was livid, and at the conference w/ Trygstad and Rosemary Ward at his Century City office, the first question I asked was, "Where is Richard Schwab?" Trygstads response, "Oh, he's handling another case." After thirty minutes of discussions with Lawrence Trygstad, I passed a draft, 'across the table' to Rosemary Ward, regarding the agreed upon fees outlined by herself and Richard Schwabs. She then threw it back at me stating, "I'm not signing anything." I refused to pay another cent. One week later Lawrence Trygstad sent to me, a request to be substituted off the case. I refused to respond to his demand. At the second hearing, now being represented by Lawrence Trygstad as neither Rosemary Ward nor Richard Schwab were present, Judge Chalfant asked Trygstad, "Where is Ms. Ward?" Trygstads response, "She's sick." Throughout the hearing, Trygstad did not speak one word in my defense / arguments. Not one word from his mouth !!! Judge Chalfant, eagerly wanting to hear the arguments of this case and seeing that I did not have representation, being neither Rosemary Ward nor Richard Schwab present, and 'knowing' something was highly irregular, was 'literally' disgusted !!! I paid Rosemary Ward to the tune of over $75,000 to fight LAUSD's fabrications, lies, deceit...and the list goes on !!! Rosemary Ward and her cohorts, Lawrence Trygstad and Richard Schwab of Trygstad Schwab, Trygstad should be criminally charged with 'JUDICIAL EXTORTION'...PERIOD !!! THESE VIPERS ARE THE VIPERS OF ALL VIPERS !!! GET THE PICTURE ???
