Kelly Rose Decsy

Kelly Decsy received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2010. While attending Ms. Decsy received both Cali and Witkin awards for obtaining the highest grade in her law school class. During her time at Law school Ms. Decsy participated in a law school study abroad program and completed one semester of her legal course work at the University of London located in London, England and completed several specialized international law programs. Ms. Decsy also volunteered at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles during her second and third years at law school to provide free legal services to underprivileged individuals.  Ms. Decsy received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside in 2006. During her time a the University of California Ms. Decsy participated in several humanitarian organizations. For three years in college, Ms. Decsy started as a publicist and eventually became the Vice president of Habitat for Humanity, University of California, Riverside chapter. Ms. Decsy also participated in a volunteer study abroad program run through Conservation Volunteers International, International Student Volunteers Organization and the University of California. This program was located in Australia and combined course work with rigorous hands on humanitarian and ecological conservation efforts.  Ms. Decsy was born and raised in Westlake Village, California and attended Thousand Oaks High school. While in high school Ms. Decsy participated in the Drama program and was a Southern California CIF champion butterflyer on the swim team.
