Justin D. Kian

Justin Kian is the founding attorney of Oakmont Law, PC, a law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of the proverbial “little guy”. Whether fighting against insurance companies, car manufacturers, or large corporations, Justin brings a deep understanding of both the human and legal sides of every case.

Before founding Oakmont Law, Justin worked under the wing of a longtime litigator, where he learned plaintiff and defense tactics from the first client call all the way through trial and appellate practice. His experience spans both California state and federal courts, as well as the state Courts of Appeal, where he has represented clients in complex personal injury, Lemon Law, employment, and civil matters. Before his law school classmates were assigned their first case, Justin was seated in the courtroom conducting trials and securing verdicts for his clients.

In founding Oakmont Law, Justin has set out to deliver high-quality, personalized representation that guides clients through whatever wrongs they have encountered, whether it be a faulty automobile or a client seeking recovery for traumatic injuries.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Justin enjoys traveling the world, discovering new restaurants, or indulging in classic cars and film.
