This attorney talks a good game, however, he does not deliver. He is unresponsive and does not return phone calls. His staff make excuses for his unprofessional behavior. This attorney was on vacation when I received a phone call from his staff requesting payment for court filing fee and retainer. ...i assume he used these funds to enjoy his vacation. i have not heard from this attorney since he cashed my check. When called his office I continued to reach voice mail. His staff finally returned my call, approximately 10 messages later, to set a time for the attorney to contact me. Again nothing but broken promises!!!!!!!!!

He was hired for a personal injury case. 3 years later I'm being contacted and sued by the health care provider because they have never been paid. I have never received compensation for my injuries either. He can not be reached when I and the health care providers attempt to contact him. Now i'm s...tuck with a huge medical bill headed to collections. Steer clear.

Bickerstaff talks a great game. He knows this guy and that guy and gives quick time frames as predicted results. Bottom line he is quick to collect payment but slow to delver. He can never be reached at his office. Never returns phone calls and never responds to emails. I feel bad for his secret...aries as they are forced to cover up the consistent neglect of his clients. I would not recommend him AT ALL for ANY legal matter. In fact he required me to do a large part of the research and negotiation. I thought that's what I paid him for.
