Bryan Christopher Swaim

My practice focuses on the representation of corporations and individuals (plaintiff and defense) in a wide variety of litigation areas including but not limited to catastrophic personal injury, employment law, general liability and entertainment/transactional matters.  

Having previously worked in the entertainment industry and as a journalist before becoming an attorney, I bring a grounded and common sense approach to litigation. I pride myself on being a well-prepared and aggressive litigator, with the goal of fostering long-term relationships with both clients and adversaries to achieve favorable results.
