Before I signed the agreement for him to represent me, he was the nicest person. He said that he was working some other cases in my area. He is an Attorney for less, and less is what you get! As soon as the money changed hands, he was a different person. He would call to collect his fees, but was... never able to provide any status updates. Three months into the case, he still did not know who I was when I called him! I said that my greatest fear was the points on my drivers license. He said, "You don't have to worry about that." He called me three days before my court date and asked for information which I had already sent him days before. He went in to "negotiate' for me, and was extolling what a great deal he got me. He said the prosecutor was such a 'Nice Guy! There was no deal at all. It was the full charge for everything with nothing reduced. He presented the same documents that I would have, but made no effort to ask for the evidence against me. I got a letter from the DMV which read that the points had been added to my license. I called him and told him what he said. His response was, "I never said that!" What a liar! What a waste of money. All he cares about is signing you on and collecting money. He does not know the law.

I felt comfortable voicing my concerns and he answered my questions, which I needed due to a natural tendency to not trust easily and the desire to understand what is being done and the logic behind such actions. I felt like I would be in good hands after our initial conversation. After everything was said and done, the complicating factor was removed and otherwise my conviction could have been much worse - to the point where I may not be able to get a job for some time. He was very transparent about his processes and I have no gripes having paid for service that met my expectations. If someone gets a DUI charge, contact him and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
