Rachel was great! She gave me very clear instructions and direction of what i had to do so it relieved some of the stress of what can already be a very stressful process. Rachel was available to me 24/7 for the time i was working with her as well as assisting me post approval. The time difference be...tween us didn't complicate anything. This was a renewal so i understand i already had most of the information but i would highly recommend Rachel for her communication and very tailored personal experience with her clients.
