The Importance of Having an Excellent Attorney on Your Side!

Madeline was the only lawyer willing to take my case against a $1B agency that did their best to interfere with my life in several different areas of law that overlapped into several divisions of the Court regarding all matters involved. She listened to my feedback and my particular positions on h...ow to approach the situation, and she made sure to manage everything I had to address. Her document preparation was above and beyond what I expected. The way she handled all related cases led to a successful resolution that ended through mediation at the discretion of the other party that reached out after realizing that going to court against Madeline was not going to be a successful outcome for them after previous proceedings did not go in the other party's favor. This issue went from a simple one case matter, to about 4 separate lawsuits and a federal suit filed that is most likely what swayed the other party to elect to just mediate rather than avoid a costly outcome for them by proceeding to court. I highly recommend Madeline based on her expertise and my own personal experience with how she handled everything for myself and my family. Don't think twice. Just reach out and she will do what she can to get your case on the right track.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Madeline is a force to be reckoned with. She is aggressive in the courtroom and a fierce negotiator, but also very ethical. I have worked with her on matters as well as gone against her and she is the kind of attorney you want to have on your side."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
