I was fighting for custody over my mother. She had Alzheimer’s and was in a home. I hired Peter Tran to help me get conservatorship. He seemed caring enough and sympathetic. Instead he charges me 3K to do all the paper work for me and have me represent myself. Unfortunately my mother was then wrongf...ully treated at the hospital during this time and died of malpractice. I realized this guy was no help whatsoever and I could have been ‘Support Person’ to my mother without having to hire this guy. He did not even bother to communicate with me after my mother’s passing as he had promised. This guy only seemed to take advantage of a desperate situation. Careful with this guy!
