Overall it is estimated many thousands of native children were systematically sep...arated from their family, and systematically robbed and misused to death . Similar concerns took place here: PATRICIA RAYOS has organized systematic perjury of lying. She instrumented taking away children from their loving ones for multiple years, misled legal process to give wrongfully forced long-term punishments to minor child. For example, in 2017, she ugly conducted terrible racial discrimination and systematic perjury of lying at Orange county court (OCC) , FL53. Large percent of the Restrain orders man-made by RAYOS or similar group are nuisance, unnecessary and badly hurt our citizen and minor children's fundamental interests. Those restrain orders promote Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) and deeply hurt family's marriage foundation and family values from beginning, therefore violating Constitutional Law, human rights and fundamental principles of being a civilized human! Based on RAYOS organized systematic perjury of lying, there is, for example, a well-educated professor and scholar who has no physical violation or “Domestic Valence”, but has been ordered a 5-year restraining order (maximum) with no visitation or even communication with his minor child, simply due to he disagreed with Child Alienation, and his peaceful effort as a parent protecting child’s long-term interest and finance. This order cheated by RAYOS even prohibits all child visits, contacts and regular telecommunications between father and his minor daughter for 5 years! This is very disturbing and a fundamental violation against basic human rights! This is completely deviating from the constitutional law, justice of this nation, deviating from our civilization, society principle and our family value! Orange County has already had one of the highest divorce rates in whole nation. About 72 percent of marriages here end in divorce, as compared with the national average of about 50 percent. Here, the divorce rate is 44% higher than the "normal" of national average (astonishing)!! RAYOS and her firm/group have made this much worse! She used multiple-year, unjustified and unnecessary restrain orders (RO)/ no-visitation orders that obtained by her cheating, organized systematic perjury of lying, as a weapon to hurt the minor children (including mine) at Orange county, California. They hurt children by separating and isolating children from one of parents in a very long and difficult period , even in this terrible Covid-19 pandemic! What she did are against and violate fundamental human right and against human nature! Her lies and wrongful ROs dishonestly obtained have terribly hurt child’s mental health, deteriorating child’s childhood happiness and healthy growth. This significantly fades the childhood educational resources which would otherwise be available and helpful to our minor children! In addition, RAYOS was even to force-sell her nuisance E730 (money charge) at OCC, as her another financial weapon hurting minority children and their family. Here, she cheated to deprive minority child’s family for more than $15,000 by each E730, in additional to her $400/hr rate, even in this terrible Covid-19 pandemic with ever worsening economic situation when many children’s families lose jobs and income. Her intentions were just for her own small circle’s (business chain) dishonest monetary interest, but at our minor child’s expenses, robbing and misusing, further wasting child's financial future.
